At ArtHAMind, we are committed to providing exceptional matchmaking services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of our services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Important: Due to the personalized nature of our luxury matchmaking services, our refund policy is more restrictive than standard retail policies. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.

1. Service Tiers and Refund Eligibility

Our refund eligibility varies based on the service tier you have purchased:

2. Full Refund Conditions (Cooling-Off Period)

We offer a full refund (minus an administrative fee of $250) under the following conditions:

The cooling-off period allows you to review your decision and ensure our services are right for you before we begin the detailed process of profile creation and matchmaking.

While we do not guarantee that clients will find a long-term relationship through our services, we do provide the following service guarantees:

If we fail to provide the minimum number of introductions, we will extend your service period at no additional cost until the guaranteed number of introductions is met.

6. Service Pauses

Rather than cancelling service, clients may opt to pause their matchmaking service under certain circumstances:

Service pauses must be requested in writing and can be granted for periods of 1-3 months. Service periods may be paused a maximum of twice during the contract period.

7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your dedicated client relationship manager or email refunds@arthamind.com with your refund request
  2. Include your full name, contract number, and the reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If your refund is approved, we will process the payment within 14 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified

8. Special Circumstances

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances may arise. In cases of severe illness, relocation due to employment, or other significant life events, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy. Such exceptions are made at the sole discretion of ArtHAMind management and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, we offer the following dispute resolution process:

  1. Submit a written appeal to our Client Relations Director, including all relevant details and desired outcome
  2. The appeal will be reviewed by senior management not involved in the initial decision
  3. A final decision will be communicated within 15 business days

10. Service Transfers

In lieu of a refund, clients may have the option to transfer remaining services to another individual who meets our eligibility requirements. Service transfers are subject to the following conditions:

Services purchased with promotional discounts or as part of special offers may have modified refund terms. These modified terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and will take precedence over this general refund policy for the affected services.

12. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your refund request.
